1. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in advance to confirm your booking. Payment secures your appointment and reflects your commitment to the experience.

2. Package Validity

All packages must be used within 3 to 6 months of purchase. This ensures consistency, transformation, and energetic alignment.

3. Expired Sessions

Any sessions not used within the agreed timeframe will be considered expired. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions outside of this period.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in forfeited sessions.

5. Evolving Service Model

Ashara’s offerings are rooted in sacred evolution. Yoga sessions may include intuitive movement, breathwork, or energy healing based on her current path and your aligned needs.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. In rare cases where service can no longer be provided, credits may be offered at Ashara’s discretion.

7. Energetic Conduct

Clients must arrive with respect, openness, and willingness to receive. Mutual honouring is at the heart of every session.

8. Right to Decline or Discontinue

Ashara and the client both reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where energetic alignment is no longer present. Integrity and intuition guide all decisions.
